Gateway Regional Council’s mission is to establish collaborations that support leaders and organizations who are championing causes that will be the change and assist by injecting the human and/or financial capital needed. Our hope is that by joining their efforts we build stronger teams, make deeper impact, garner sustainability and establish foundations that center on equity through the use of best practices. We believe that anything is possible and we hope you will join us in making that a reality!

Overview
Power of ONE! (PO1) is a consulting arm of GRC designed to “Be the Answer” by working with nonprofits, business owners, organizations and management teams to coach them through identifying or redefining their purpose/vision.
Services Provided
Executive Coaching, Personal & Business Assessment, Non-profit & Business Incorporation, Branding, Processes for Improvement, High Performance Team Development & Strategic Planning.
Who are our Fellows
Power of ONE! GRC's fellow and intern is an essential program that provides us with the people necessary to support leaders in 12 critical areas (public health, social justice, education, leadership, economic development, housing, environmental change, etc.) This program also prepares individuals with the leadership, linguistics and diversity skills necessary to be effective leaders.
